Loft extension to this existing two bed bungalow, stood within a substantial sized plot, with fabulous south facing views towards the rear of the property.
Our brief was to create a further two bedrooms, one with ensuite, within the existing loft space. To achieve this, we designed a substantial dormer window structure that made the most of the outstanding south facing views.
